PARENT PAGER

Tap, tap, pat - checking in your children is this easy and safe, plus real-time!

Our Children's Ministry check-in/out system, named Parent Pager, provides a way to efficiently and effectively manage our children’s’ security while allowing real-time communication with parents, guardians and staff.

What makes it easy?
Using touch screen kiosks throughout the building, check in your children with just a few taps. Then, pat the printed identification stickers on them and take them to their classes. Finally, present your printed check-in slip to the children's greeters as you place your child into the care of our Children's Ministry team.

What makes it safe?
The main advantage to the Parent Pager system is photo identification. Along with the stickers you will receive printed check-in and check-out slips showing photos of all authorized people permitted to claim your child. No more random number tags so often misplaced.

This video will give you a glimpse into how the system works.

While the video shows parents using a card scanner, we will use a thumbprint scanner for heightened security. If you have questions regarding the safety of using biometrics, click here or in the menu to the right for an FAQ. After scanning your thumb, your family's information will appear on the touch screen allowing you to complete the check-in process.

What makes it real-time?
Upon completion of check-in, you can receive notifications about your children on your cell phone (preferred method) or via a pager loaned from the check-in area. Using these methods will help you be able to focus on the service or class, knowing we can contact you with specific messages.

We are excited about introducing this new system for Sundays and in the nursery and early childhood classes on Wednesday nights.  We hope to use this system in the elementary-age classes on Wednesdays soon.
